Useful Guides for the Beginner

As any new person to a game, it can be a daunting task to find sites with useful information. Here is a list of good information that will help. This is not a complete list and will be updated. If I need to add a site or guide, please send me a PM with the site & description, and it will be added to the list as to not clutter up the thread. Hope this is a good start

Useful General Tools
EvEMon-Skills tool that every pilot needs.
EvEHQ-A "swiss-army knife" tool that includes fittings assistance, wormhole look-up, and skills training. Note : Can be a resource hog.
EFT (EvE Fitting Tool) -A ship fitting tool is a must to give you an idea of how your ship and modules performs with your character.

Skills
Skills Roadmap- This information gives you an idea of what to start training. Note: The information may be outdated and does not replace the valuable information that your trainers provide.
Attribute Skill Guide-Information concerning training your learning skills.

Ship Load-outs
Battleclinic- Battleclinic is a great site to give you an idea of ship load-outs. It provides user load-outs along with other user comments and suggestions to that load-out.

Missions
EvE-Survival- List of missions and strategy to accomplish the mission.
EvE-Online Agent Finder-Agent type finder.

Mining
EvELOPEDIA Guide to Mining- EVELOPEDIA provides many good resources for EvE
Halada's Mining Guide-Useful guide to include research and manufacturing.

PvP/Combat (more guides to come)
Thonky -Thonky.com provides basic guides to help assist the new player.
Tanking- Shield or Armour. This provides a basic guide for tanking your ship.
Comprehensive New Players Guide to Tanking- Another good tanking guide.
Overviews- Those pesky overview settings
